What the app provides

Chanda BOOK helps communities manage Mandapams, members, donations, expenses, receipts and reports. It is a record-keeping tool, not a bank, payment processor or a substitute for professional accounting or legal advice.

Your account and responsibilities

Provide accurate information, protect your account credentials and use only accounts and Mandapams you are authorised to access. You are responsible for the information you enter, the permissions you assign and obtaining appropriate permission before entering another person’s personal information.

Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, unauthorised access or attempts to disrupt the app or backend.

Financial records and shared content

Check the accuracy of donations, expenses, approvals, receipts and exports before relying on or distributing them. Keep any original bills and supporting records required by your organisation. Other authorised members may view or act on shared records according to their roles.

Plans, payments and availability

Some features or limits depend on your subscription plan. Pricing, renewal and cancellation terms are shown at purchase through Google Play. Google Play’s terms and applicable refund policies also apply. Manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play; uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.

We may maintain or update the service and cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Export information you need to keep before deleting an account.

Deletion and privacy

See the Privacy Policy for data handling, and Delete Account for the permanent-deletion process. Deletion may affect shared Mandapam records and cannot recall copies previously shared or printed.

Your legal rights

These terms do not exclude rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Contact us if you have a concern about the service or these terms.
