How do I add members?
Ask the person to register first. In Add Member, use their member ID or the 10-digit Indian mobile number saved on their account. The app adds +91.
How do I share a receipt on WhatsApp?
Open a donation, choose View / Share Receipt, then select WhatsApp from the Android share menu. Check the recipient and receipt before sending.
Why is my email verification required?
Verification protects your account. Open the link sent to your email, then return to the verification screen to continue.
Will I have to sign in every time?
The app restores a valid Firebase session automatically. If the network is unavailable, retry the connection without entering your password again.
How do I delete my account?
Use Delete Account. Verify ownership and explicitly confirm permanent deletion. Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled separately.

Visit Contact & Support or email support@rockeshtech.shop. Never send passwords or verification codes.
RECOMMENDED THERMAL PRINTER SETUP
A receipt in their hands.
Look for a printer explicitly supporting ESC/POS over Bluetooth Classic. Choose 58 mm / 384 dots for compact receipts or 80 mm / 576 dots for a wider layout.
Pair it in Android Bluetooth settings, allow the requested Bluetooth permission, then select it on the app’s print screen.

- Confirm Bluetooth Classic—not BLE-only or USB-only.
- Confirm ESC/POS raster-image support.
- Check the paper width and printable dot width.
- Ask the seller for a test print and return policy.
No individual printer model is certified here. Compatibility varies; test with Chanda BOOK before relying on it.
